Mr. Anthony Lim, Executive Director
Mr. Anthony Lim possesses an LLB (Hons), Degree in Law, from University of London and started his career in Property Management in 1995 and has together with his executive team managed Melana International Pte Ltd to what it is today, a legacy deeply rooted in foundational hallmarks of integrity, trust, and premium business service par excellence. Today, the firm stands as a premier facilities and asset management partner specializing in turnkey real estate solutions.
Mr. Anthony Lim has been in the Estate Management industry for more than 30 years and has been a Director of Melana for more than 24 years.
Mr. Anthony Lim has also assisted and represented many MCSTs at Strata Titles Board and Small Claims Tribunal to assist resolution of estate issues to the satisfaction of many of our clients. Here are some of the many projects that Mr. Anthony Lim managed, which includes but is not limited to, Beaufort on Nassim, Belle Vue Condominium, Country Park, Enterprise One, Eunos Technolink, Eunos Techpark, Grande Vista, Hillview Regency, Jade Residences, LIV@MB, Modena, Naung Residences, Oasis@Elias, Regent Grove, Simei Green, The Summit, and Wilshire Residences, to name a few.
Mr. Anthony Lim's legal background coupled with his vast wealth of experience in property management, commitment, relentless drive and passion for excellence has enabled him to consistently deliver sound, solid, reliable professional advice to numerous Councils, Property Owners and Subsidiary Proprietors, which includes rendering his clients with practical and effective solutions on a myriad of property maintenance and management matters, i.e. contract/lease/license management in accordance and compliance with B(SM)A 2004/BM(SM)R 2005 and any relevant and applicable laws thereto. Many have benefited from Mr. Anthony Lim's guidance and value add, to their delight and satisfaction, and he continues to add high value to our organization and its operations thereto.
